The department teachers are amongst the best musicians in Israel, with a vast experience in performing with orchestras, chamber music ensembles and as soloists.

The students participate in master classes with well-known musicians, and perform in national musical events for orchestras and ensembles. They equally take part in department concerts and various Conservatory events. Many of the students won prizes in international competitions.
