Competition Registration Procedure:
- A full Registration form (Soloists/Ensembles). Please specify in the form your preferred payment method, and upon approval of the registration form, you shall receive directions about proceeding.
- You must add links to your audition in the form.
- Last date for registration: September 25th, 2025.

By filling out the registration form you accept all the regulations of the competition.
Results and the list of candidates selected for the next stages will be sent by email no later than September 30th, 2025.

The final list of repertoire and the scanned scores should arrive by email no later than October 31st, 2025.
(**) – Registration fee is non-refundable except for the following conditions:
- For health reasons, including self-isolation due to Covid (one must send an official medical confirmation).
- In case of national quarantine (Either in or home country).
- In case of cancellation of flight by the flight company for any reason.
- In case of any national or international situation that prevents travelling.
Registration fee:
Soloists: 110 EU (85 EU for early registration until July 1st, 2025).
Ensembles: 100 EU per ensemble plus 10 EU for each ensemble member.
After July 1st: 100 EU per ensemble plus 25 EU for each ensemble member.
Members of ensembles who compete as soloists do not have to pay the ensembles' fee.
Accompaniment: The competition may supply an accompanist (piano and/or harpsichord). 60 EU (for 1 rehearsal of 45 min and all stages needed).
